Clinical Decision Support

CHADIS provides unique “moment of care” decision support.

Autism example:

CHADIS has a unique method for completing the standard follow-up interview now “required” by the popular autism screen, M-CHAT-R, that has been shown to be feasible and reliable for use during a routine check-up visit.

The patient specific questions needed for the doctor to ask are presented as a “teleprompter” at the time of the visit and rescored efficiently taking much less time than making a referral for a false positive autism screen.

Advance Moment of Care Decision Support:

"Patient Specific Templates" or "PST's" are another unique CHADIS feature.  Decision support is based on the pattern of symptoms for each patient, not just the overall condition.

PSTs provide advanced decision support that:

  • Incorporates patient submitted pre-visit data to reduce documentation burden.

  • Highlights data which appears within evidence-based guidelines.

  • Reports data & clinician selections for PCMH, MACRA, QI, etc.

  • Creates personalized patient education and engagement.

A report of all data is automatically generated, updated, and saved for entry into your Electronic Health Record.

Benefits of CHADIS PSTs:

  • Facilitate evidence-based care

  • Reduce documentation burden

  • Create tailored resources for patients/families

  • Facilitate QI for MOC-4 credit by tracking progress without manual chart review

  • Support Value-based Payment, MIPS and PCMH requirements  ....... leaving more time for effective individualized care.
