Customer Service Account Manager - Remote

CHADIS is seeking a Customer Service Account Manager for a telework position that can be based anywhere in the continental US to join our team. We are a pediatric care-focused healthcare IT company that has the benefit of being small and nimble. As a result, we operate with a start-up culture. We are looking for someone who can contribute to a growing team and execute a primary role that is willing to wear multiple hats. Account managers are responsible for training and implementation as well as ongoing client support. Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships

  • Provide implementation guidance, product training, and workflow design to clients ranging from small rural practices to large academic medical center.

  • Work collaboratively with a team of sales managers, engineers, programmers, and research associates to resolve client needs

  • Document process and client updates in tracking systems

  • Develop training materials to include items such as job aids and videos

  • Identify and file product enhancements and test enhancements prior to release

  • Utilize CQI methodology to deliver Part IV Maintenance of Certification programs to board-certified doctors and CEU programs to clinical and non-clinical staff

  • Compile and distill broad patient information into actionable reports utilized by providers and practice managers for continuous quality improvement initiatives

  • Support the sales team through consultative sales initiatives

  • What to expect when joining our team:

  • Training on the CHADIS system in your first two weeks

  • Management of client accounts within 3-4 weeks of hire with extensive support from a seasoned account manager

  • Management of client accounts with moderate supervision within 3 months of hire

  • Independent management of accounts within 6-8 months of hire

  • Involvement in new and exciting initiatives, as they develop

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent technical/client success management experience required

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer support preferably at a software company or in the healthcare field.

  • Salesforce and/or CRM experience preferred 

  • Strong technical skills with the following: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Outlook, Webinar software

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude 2+ years of previous customer/client/patient experience

Software Engineer (Remote Position)

Job Description

The Engineer will act as a vital part of the engineering team and will work closely with the sales and account management staff. We are seeking a self-motivated and driven individual who is outgoing and feels comfortable speaking with potential as well as existing customers. This position will have many responsibilities including any or all of the following, depending upon previous experience and future interests.

Minimal travel (~3 days/yr) is required, but opportunities for optional travel are available. Salary will depend greatly upon experience.


  • Design, document, and implement software, both within our flagship product (CHADIS) and related systems

  • Support sales and support teams both pre- and post-sale

  • Research new technologies and techniques to improve our team and products

Job Requirements:
  • Demonstrable proficiency with Java programming language and associated technologies

  • Experience with implementing Java web applications

  • Experience with RDBMSs

  • Familiarity with UNIX and UNIX-like operating systems

  • Professional written communication skills
